Designated C.P.D. Educator
Ms. Afshin Mufti, RCIC, (RCIC-IRB L3 )
With over 10 years of experience in Canadian immigration and refugee law, I provide personalized, strategic advice and representation across a wide range of immigration matters. My practice includes family sponsorships, refugee protection claims, Group of Five (G5) sponsorships, Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) applications, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), Pre-Removal Risk Assessments (PRRAs), Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), Express Entry, work and study permits, temporary residence visas, and Canadian citizenship. I hold a master’s degree in human resource management, which complements my immigration work by providing a deeper understanding of employer-employee relationships, labour market needs, and workforce integration strategies. As an RCIC-IRB (Class L3), I am authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), where I regularly appear in appeals, refugee hearings, and admissibility proceedings. As a Commissioner of Oaths, I am authorized to administer affidavits and statutory declarations in Alberta. |
