Event Objectives:

The foreign national arrives at a POE and is examined at the primary inspection line (PIL) by a CBSA officer. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officers must be satisfied that all legal and admissibility requirements have been met before admitting a foreign national.

This seminar will cover the overview of laws, policy, procedures and guidance used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada staff at the Canadian Border.
