Event Objectives:

This seminar is designed to cover the client situations in medical or misrepresentation responses before a final determination is made by the IRCC. This seminar will also address how to respond to the Fairness letter, how to mitigate the circumstances before the case gets refused and available remedies. 


·         DVD/Video Format: Registrants will have an opportunity to access the course online 24/7 via web until the expiration of the course as per ICCRC policy or June 30, with in respective CPD reporting year.
