Event Objectives:

This webinar will provide guidance in preparing credible and well-structured Basis of Claim (BOC) forms, gathering and organizing supporting evidence, and presenting your client’s narrative in a clear and compelling manner that can withstand detailed examination at Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) hearing.
