Event Objectives:

This course guides RCICs through the inland family sponsorship process, emphasizing the critical success factors for preparing strong applications and effectively navigating the PR portal. Participants will explore eligibility requirements, relationship documentation, financial obligations, and refusal trends based on GCMS notes and recent case law. The session provides hands-on training in portal functionality, linking open work permit applications, and managing IRCC communication. Through practical examples, RCICs will learn how to anticipate issues, advise clients ethically, and ensure complete and compliant submissions.
