Event Objectives:

Focusing on the latest changes to study permits and the post-graduation work permit (PGWP) program, this course provides RCICs with up-to-date knowledge to guide students effectively through their education-to-work transition. It covers new eligibility rules, designated learning institution (DLI) updates, proof of funds requirements, and evolving policies impacting international graduates. Case studies illustrate how to manage files impacted by regulatory changes, while participants practice applying updated risk tools and developing compliant, long-term strategies for clients pursuing permanent residence through study and work.
