Event Objectives:
This course provides RCICs with the most recent updates to the spousal sponsorship process, focusing on evolving government priorities and enhanced fraud detection measures. Participants will explore inland versus outland processing, relationship evidence requirements, and new portal submission standards. Case studies on complex spousal applications, such as culturally diverse marriages or short-duration relationships, allow RCICs to practice risk assessment and response strategies. The session also covers post-submission communication, addressing procedural fairness letters, and ensuring ethical, compliant representation while managing client expectations.
