This session addresses the surge in Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs) within the Express Entry and OINP systems. It covers the technicalities of "Genuineness of Experience" audits, NOC 2021/2026 mismatches, and the strategic use of secondary reviews to challenge OINP refusals without resorting immediately to Judicial Review.
